You will drive the design and development of data and algorithm pipelines for a broad range of machine learning tasks in EEG neuro-diagnostics. A successful candidate will bring together strong programming skills, familiarity with big data technology and a passion for biomedical applications to help scale Machine Learning at Ceribell. This will be a highly cross-functional role, interacting with teams across the company to help us better develop and deliver machine learning solutions.This is a hybrid position with an in office requirement of at least 3x per week.What You'll DoContribute to design, development, and maintenance of innovative machine learning pipelines for dataset management, algorithm development and evaluation.Maintain and improve existing tools for model lifecycle management.Improve existing cloud infrastructure to support the data science workflows.Develop and implement data quality tools and processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.Lead the transition of prototype algorithms to robust, scalable real-time deployments.Communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the team.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.2+ years of full-stack development experience.2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.Prior experience with data analysis, visualization and statistics.PreferredMS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.Production/Deployment experience with web frameworks like NodeJS, Flask, Django, React etc.Familiarity with machine learning development frameworks like Scikit-Learn, Torch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.3+ years of experience with web-development, SQL databases and AWS.Familiarity with machine learning management frameworks like mlflow, airflow, tensorboard, etc.Application Deadline: OngoingIn addition to your base compensation, Ceribell offers the following:Annual Bonus Opportunity + Ceribell Equity100% Employer paid Health Benefits for the Employee50% - 70% Employer paid Health, Dental & Vision for dependents (according to plan selection)Life & Long-term disability insurance paid 100% by CeribellMonthly cell phone stipendFlexible paid time off11 Paid HolidaysExcellent parental leave policyFantastic culture with tremendous career advancement opportunitiesJoining a mission-minded organization!Compensation Range$145,000—$155,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
