Chicago - Banking Mid-Level AssociatesLocation: Chicago, IllinoisPosition: Lateral AssociatePractice Area: BankingThe Banking group in the Chicago office is looking for mid-level associates (i.e., class of 2021-2018), with general finance experience, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents, UCC experience, as well as general corporate experience.
