Join us and make impact happen with a career at TikTok.Ads Signals team's vision is to understand customers' behavior by collecting their online/offline activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire Ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. As a Product manager, you will work with cross functional teams of engineering, data scientists, partnership, product marketing, privacy, legal, sales and most importantly our customers to develop and deliver product offerings for our global advertisers.Responsibilities1. Build products (Pixels, S2S API, SDK, Partners (MMP, CDP, DMP)) to onboard signals from internal and external sources.2. Build events/assets manager for advertisers to configure signal sources and manage/debug events.3. Onboard user's privacy choices to inform downstream systems on the usage of signals4. Close collaboration with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights and Vertical experience teams to leverage signals to power their products.Qualifications1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred2. 5+ years of product management experience or ads tech experience3. Understanding of Ads ecosystem preferably in one of the areas such as Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization.4. Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch.5. Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams.6. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.7.
