You will be responsible for managing maintenance, enforcing deed restrictions, facilitating client communications, and leading various projects. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding professional services and ensure an exceptional experience for all residents and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily community operations, including property maintenance, deed restriction enforcement, and budget management, ensuring compliance with agreements and policies.Organize and attend client meetings, often in the evenings, and maintain regular communication with the Association Board and homeowners.Conduct regular facility inspections and assist with architectural review processes and inspections as needed.Prepare materials for Board meetings, manage legal matters like collections and disputes, and provide weekly updates on collections, compliance, and service requests.Manage client budgets, oversee vendor payments, and offer recommendations for major capital expenditures.Act as a consultant to the Board, offering advice on operations and improvements, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.Perform other related tasks as assigned.Required Skills and Experience:Strong skills in delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.Skilled in Microsoft Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Effective at identifying and resolving issues.Education/Certification Requirements:One year of experience in property management or a related field.Proven experience in customer service roles, showcasing strong skills in addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.Confidentiality: All applicant information will be handled confidentially according to EEO guidelines.Employment Status: Full-Time. Expected hours: 35 – 40 per weekWork Location: 5005 Hidalgo St, Houston, TX 77056Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking. Specific vision abilities required.Compensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits Package: Includes 10 Days of PTO, 7 Paid Holidays per year.
