Department: Human Resources, Type: Full TimePosition: Director of Human CapitalRole SummaryOur client is seeking a Director of Human Capital to collaborate closely with their company leaders, leadership teams, and other external stakeholders to implement an integrated strategy within their portfolio. The Director of Human Capital will enforce consistent executive talent evaluation, selection and retention of policies, improving the functionality of the human resources departments across the companies and advocating for change when necessary. The Director of Human Capital will model company values and nurture the company culture.Key Results AreasLead the selection and active management of talent partners to implement an overall recruiting strategy.Implement and maintain confidentiality both internally and externally.Responsible for ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding documentation.Drive the communication strategy for the company, ensuring that all senior leadership transitions add value to the organization.Ensure the ongoing development and coaching of existing and new members of the executive team.Recruit for any gaps identified by the talent team.Partner with senior leadership and identify those on the team ready for development.Create a framework that allows all Human Resource teams within the portfolio to work collaboratively, sharing best practices along the way.Work to ensure all new hire onboarding is value-filled and effective.Responsible for Organizational Design, job modeling, performance management, benefits redesign, training, and development programs throughout the portfolio.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or other relevant fields is required. A master’s degree is preferred.At least five years of experience in Human Resources.High levels of critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills.Experience working with senior leadership, C-Suite teams.Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources, including regulations and compliance.Proven success in building and delivering change management and organizational development strategies.Experience in building business plans for global groups and HR strategy development.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Robust time management and problem-solving skills.An agile learner with an entrepreneurial spirit.Project Management or PMP certification strongly preferred.Previous experience working in Investment Management is ideal.Advatix, Inc. is one of the world’s leading providers of e-commerce Supply Chain and Logistics Consulting Services and Solutions that enable its clients to transform their operations for speed, service, and cost of fulfillment and delivery of goods and services.
