The Role

Wipro is seeking a US CPG Personal Health Care & Beauty Industry Practice Lead. This career opportunity is with the Consumer Sector in North America. The successful candidate will drive, define, and support clients in Personal Health Care & Beauty Industry across their value chain including but not limited to R&D, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing. S/he will also enable the opening of new engagements and drive the adoption of differentiated solutions within the Industry.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Consulting Strategy: Define a sound business growth strategy built on industry consulting and technology consulting (digital, analytics, and engineering) strengths.
• Business Growth: Shape, lead, and drive transformation engagements by working closely with CXOs and internal Wipro teams.
• Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the retail industry.
• Thought Leadership: Be Wipro’s voice and a recognized thought leader across industry forums, partner events, and customer interlocks.
• Branding: Create a strong Wipro market positioning and increase Wipro’s mindshare in the ecosystem.

Location

This hire can be based in any US city where Wipro has an office. S/He will need to travel as required, and travel may vary significantly based on the executive’s home location and other factors.

Candidate Profile

Wipro seeks a hands-on, proven, and results-oriented consulting executive with a deep understanding of Personal Health Care & Beauty Industry and business transformation. The successful candidate will be a bridge builder capable of connecting the dots between business, process, technology, and the customer.

• Exposure to tier-1 technology products relevant for the Personal Health Care & Beauty Industry.
